Enrollment in Fourth Street School is a quick and easy process. Please use the downloadable form to tell us a little bit about your child so we can get started!
*Deadline for the 2012-2013 school year is March 30, 2012
*In order to enroll in the school program, parents must contact the Executive Director to determine eligibility and submit the completed School Enrollment Form and the $450.00 enrollment fee.
*Annual tuition: $13,000 - can be paid annually, by semester, or monthly (if paid monthly there is a $25.00 processing fee applied each month)
Enrollment Fee: $450.00 - non-refundable, paid once a year (must be paid to reserve spot for school year)
* Extended Care: Before care - 7:30am-8:15am $100.00 per month
After care - 3:45pm-5:30pm $150.00 per month
Before care & After care $200.00 per month
