Fourth Street Transition Group


Fourth Street School's Transition Group is designed to help teenagers work through the issues and struggles associated with high school. Using a variety of experiential activities and process groups focused on individual issues and group dynamics, this group will help ease the transition from middle school to high school.

    The objectives of the Transition Group are to:
  • Assist individuals with the transition from middle school to high school
  • Deal with the unique challenges of high school
  • Increase self-esteem
  • Assist individuals with dealing with peer pressure
  • Assist individuals with developing and sustaining relationships
  • Deal with sexual development and social boundaries

Transition Group Dates and Time:

The sessions are ongoing and meet on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month.
7:30pm to 8:30pm


Ages:

15-18


Cost:

$60 per month
